What the hell is wrong with us as a country that this is at all tolerable behavior for our leaders and elected officials. Regardless of the content of the bill/amendment/whatever being proposed, and regardless of the party doing the proposing, this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. While I realize that this is likely not how most of these types of events go, I am finding it hard to express my anger that this could happen even a few times.
