WTFVThe Casino stated they would not even pay him the machines top payout. ($99K) Because it was a "malfunction" That is just wrong. I would sue also, he should have at the very minimum received the machines top payout. The Casino should have doubled it and apologized.I wish I could go to a Casino at the end of a loosing streak and say I malfunctioned and the fine print on the bottom of my shoes states that by them allowing me into their business they agreed to my terms of a refund in that situation.

Thats how most stores do it (except walmart and best buy). It's far to easy to steal a game, so they took the idea from movie rental places, keep the empty boxes on the shelves, and the games in cases behind the counter. |

I grew up with a TI99/4a, but I am actively looking for a Atari 400/800 on eBay, would prefer an XL though. This might be considered an obsolete system, but it has some of the best games especially text adventures. Long live Atari!
